Award Categories


Each participating organisation can take part in a maximum of 3 award categories:

Lauding key players and individuals in the industry for their professionalism, capabilities and innovations, profiling the industry as well as awarding the forerunners in the industry in the following award categories:



  • Aerospace Safety Leadership Award

    The Award will be given to the company demonstrating amongst others:

    - The best compliance to industry safety norms
    - Compliance to local safety standards
    - No. of ceased work hours due to injuries
    - Innovative initiatives in ensuring quality and safety

    *Eligible companies must have a minimum of 25% of their revenues originating from Aerospace.

  • Aerospace Innovation Leadership Award

    The Award will be given to the company demonstrating innovative strategies with impact on company's activities in the long term. This could be innovation in:
    - Business model
    - New technologies' unprecedented adoption
    - Management innovation
    - Competitive strategy

    *Eligible companies must have a minimum of 25% of their revenues originating from Aerospace.

  • Aerospace Best Employer Award

    The Award will be given to the company demonstrating amongst others:
    - The best career planning and pathway for employees
    - Best retention programmes
    - Fair dealing over pay and benefits
    - Strong organizational structure in interconnecting different departments
    - Strong training and development programmes and initiatives

    *Eligible companies must have a minimum of 51% of its revenues originating from Aerospace.

  • Aerospace Industry Excellence Award

    The Award will be given to the company that has demonstrated the most outstanding performance. The Award signifies the company's commitment to satisfy all stakeholders of the value chain (customers, authorities, environment, investors, suppliers, partners.) Additionally, the Award will highlight the key quality attributes and strategy of the company that were instrumental to its success. A keen focus will be placed on strategy planning, quality assurance, training and how the company achieves the most with less.

    *Only companies that are involved in actual production, maintenance, repair or overhaul work are eligible for this category.
    *Eligible companies must have a minimum of 51% of its revenues originating from Aerospace.


  • Aerospace Supplier Excellence Award

    The Award focuses on all aerospace suppliers and companies that support the aerospace industry, including work in the areas of customer service, logistics, training and development, manpower services, precision engineering services, stockists and distributers, materials suppliers, amongst others. The Award will be bestowed on the Aerospace Supplier that has demonstrated the most outstanding supplier performance in the market. The Award signifies the company's commitment to satisfy the OEM and major aerospace market players. Additionally, the Award will highlight the strategy of the company that was instrumental to its success.

    *Eligible companies must have had aerospace business operations for at least 2 years in Singapore.
