The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) presents the Singapore Aerospace Awards.
Supported by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Singapore Economic Development Board, IE Singapore, SPRING Singapore, Singapore Workforce Development Agency and Workplace Safety & Health Council, the awards will culminate in a spectacular dinner whereby the industry can celebrate its own and its best.
The Singapore Aerospace Awards Dinner
The Awards Ceremony would see distinguished companies and individuals honoured for their accomplishments and achievements. Over two hundred local and overseas aerospace professionals and guests are expected to join in the celebrations. Cruising in to hail the high-flyers of the industry, this black-tie event assures all guests a seamless blend of prestigious ceremony, pulsating entertainment and culinary delights.
About AAIS
The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) or "AAIS" is a leading industry association for the Aerospace Industry in Singapore, representing companies from the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sector, Aerospace Manufacturing sector, Research and Development / Training sectors and suppliers for civil air transport and aerospace defence.
The AAIS, a non-profit organisation, was founded in Feb 2003 and is registered with the Singapore Registry of Societies. The AAIS is dedicated to promote competitiveness within Singapore's aerospace industries.
Working with its partners Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB); Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA); International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) and SPRING Singapore, the AAIS aims to assist aerospace companies in growing existing businesses as well as developing new businesses / partnerships regionally & globally. To drive this growth the AAIS endeavours to provide leadership by facilitating strategies in innovation competitiveness, technical standards and accreditation. The AAIS also serves as a forum for members to discuss and elevate relevant issues to policy-makers and stakeholders.
Within the AAIS, the AeroResource Centre focuses on building industry and manpower development capabilities within the aerospace industry.
